So after following this thread for a while, I have to ask... to those of you who have been scammed, how many of you contacted Rue La La? And how many of you received a response?

I've been wondering the same thing since the 2nd page, too. Has anyone contacted them? Or contacted an independent agency that deals with these things? Or are you guys all waiting for someone to do it and hear a response?

This is disgusting, I can't believe it's happened to so many of you already. It sounds similiar too, the cc info being used for escort services/dating, or auto parts. Most likely the same person/group of people doing this!

I love this forum specifically for all the informative things that I learn. I'm grateful to the OP for the head's up with Rue La La. I almost made a purchase with them and passed after reading the posts. I am sorry for those who have been defrauded. I hope you will be able to resolve it quickly and with as little stress as possible.

I completely agree with you. My thought is that Rue La La has a shady employee that has access to all the CC information used by its clients.

After all the people who have come forward to say this happened to them, I cannot BELIEVE that no one has contacted Rue La La and received some sort of response...

I know this is an old thread but it came up when I tried to google $1 Rue La La charge. I am noticing $1 Rue La La charges on my cc. I have ordered from Hautelook and Gilt recently. Is this a fee I don’t know about from using those sites or is this some kind of scam? I’ve emailed Rue La La.
