Funny story, I was in there when a woman in sweats and sneaker walks in. She was carrying a full, brown, paper grocery bag. No one approached her. She looked around and finally approached my SA who was helping me with enamels. She asked to also see a couple I was looking at and about hand gloves. While I was deciding, she said I'll take these. Which one? 2 enamels and 2 pairs of gloves. She walked out in 15 min with over $2000 worth of purchases. So, posh or not, you never can tell.

Lol, I've witnessed something similar years ago. Asian mother and son walk in, looking a little worse for wear, carrying brown paper grocery bags. Within five minutes, they purchase a 35 black B (GH) and 32 black HAC (PH). I think they were regulars.

I waited exactly for 2 years, five months and 20 days for my first birkin. It was not a SO, "just" a black/35/togo/phw.

Price for this birkin in germany at time of order: 5540 EUR
Price for my birkin right now: 6100 EUR

i didn't have to wait long at all.

I was quite new to my store and i purchased a lindy, then after 2-3 months, i bought a clic clac. This is when i mentioned i will be interested in a pop color birkin, either blue atezeque, pink, rose tyriene, kiwi, mykonos. The new candy colors has just came out then.

about 3 days later, i got a call saying that they just received a mykonos and kiwi 30 birkin.

i felt quite lucky then since i just started my relationship with my SA...=)

Wow!! I like to buy the same colours like urs for my first birkin.. But u r lucky not to have to wait for it.. I dont know whether im lucky enough to get it by walk in.. Pray hard to get my first birkin... :)

For my first B. and second B., I didn't have to wait long. But I placed an order in June 2010 for a Gris T. Birkin and I'm still waiting for that one to arrive :search:.
