Just got my shopper today in stone! And wow is it lightweight! It’s pretty smooth and supple and I like how there’s the drawstring for style and functionality (extra closure). The magnetic closure is pretty dang strong as well so for those concerned about the bag without a zipper, I highly doubt anyone can get into it without jostling your bag/you noticing.

I was wondering if I needed to get a purse organizer/insert but I don’t think I do afterall since there are two inner pockets for my phone and keys. I keep my makeup and other stuff organized in pouches anyways so it doesn’t really matter if I had an insert l suppose...

Saw on the website that this is essentially the same PU that they use for the seats in luxury cars (Audi, BMW, Tesla etc) so while my bag is brand new, I do think it will stand the test of time. Think the PU baking in the car under the sun. Note that the head on pic had stuffing so it mimicks how the bag looks when it’s full. Hope this helps someone!
Excellent review! Ive had my shopper for almost 2 years now and while it has softened somewhat, it basically still looks almost brand new :)

That is awesome! Not to mention very reassuring
This is what my shopper looks like after about a year and 8 months of hard work. While I don't wear it every day, it is the bag that comes out to play whenever conditions are not perfect (snow, rain, heavy schlepping, the works)
It is worth mentioning that it is softening more in a way that a paper or plastic bag would, not in a way that leather would - ie it isn't a puddle, more of an angular collapse

Y’ALL I gotta rave about my stone shopper! I managed to fit my work laptop, documents, makeup + medicine bag, electronics bag, wallet + card case, phone, keys, napkins (yes I’m a hoarder of napkins.) There’s still tons of room and my stuff don’t slide around plus it’s still relatively lightweight given the amount of stuff I have in it! I’m so in love!!!!

Glad you like it so much! I'm considering getting either the market tote or this shopper for work/school. It's so hard to choose! Your pics were super helpful :)

It definitely is hard to choose! You probably know this already, the shopper has interior pockets with a drawstring and magnetic closure. It’s also slightly bigger. The market tote only has the exterior slot (someone correct me if I’m wrong) and is slightly smaller without closure. Both bags can hold up to a 15” laptop as described on the website. The market tote is half the price though so that’s a plus. I gravitated to the shopper because of practicality. And if I’m using the bag consistently, the cost per use makes sense. Hope that helps!

Are the straps comfortable, being so thin and having a few knots? Especially anything worn crossbody.

I like the lightweight aspect, so am giving these a second look. Interested in the yet to be released smaller Shopper!

Thanks!
