Violet vs blue color? Help!

Hello! I just bought a wallet off. Myhabit which was listed as violet...I was expecting a more purple color but I got it today and it looks more Blue to me? Is it possible that they shipped me the wrong wallet? Or, is violet more of a bluish color? The box is labeled as violet but I couldn't find any color printed on the wallet tags.

Help appreciated! I have pics of the stock photo too.

They definitely shipped you the correct wallet. On the tag, you'll see that "zaffiro viola" (sapphire purple) is the color, it just got cut off slightly.

Depending on the leather, the color can look a bit more purple-ish or a bit more blue. The pebbled leathers in zaffiro tended to look more purple-ish, while the saffiano leather (like your wallet) tended a bit more toward blue.

I ended up returning it though because I had my heart set on a purple wallet ^^
