Here you to @americandreaming: a casino, a court & a basic bag comp!
The basic bag is the widest but has about the same depth as the casino. The court is taller than the basic & has a deeper depth. Hope this helps! Also, I was SO awkward about taking mod shots. I don’t even know if I did it right but I hope it helps you visually lol. Im 5’7. My straps are on the shortest setting & the court strap has extra holes punched to make it shorter. I still think the basic bag strap is too long, I prefer everything a little higher!

Yes, I know what you mean about punching the straps - I'm 4'11 so I have to have all mine shortened in some way. Need to get some more punched in the Court when I pop out.
Do you have any comments as to the utility of each? Favourites? EBIs?
I like the look of the Basic but think it'd be less convenient than the other two with no slip pockets or top handle. What do you think about the wristlet zip? Does it flop around a lot when walking or is it not noticeable?
I only carry usually essentials and a A7 memobottle right now so all three are fine size wise, which is great, haha!
ETA: by the way, which strap are you using on the Basic and Casino?
The basic bag I have is a later make (2002 Costa Rica) so it came with an adjustable strap that has dog leash clips instead of the double spaghetti strap like the older model basic bags. I use that strap on the casino as well because it’s more comfortable than the strap that originally came with the casino.
I like the casino, then the court & then the basic bag in that order. The casino is great if Im carrying bare essentials & the court is great if I need to carry more stuff- like sunglasses, granola bars, epipens etc.
Eta: the basic bag can hold my sunglasses in a soft case & my epipens as well.
The basic bag is a really nice & minimalist looking bag. The zipper on mine is like butter & I weirdly enjoy zipping & unzipping it lol. I don’t mind that it has no back pocket, it holds a decent amount. I haven’t used it in a while because it started looking a little too plain for my liking. I was gonna get artwork done on it but now I don’t know, it’s plain-ness is growing on me again haha. The wrist strap sits nicely on top of the zipper when not in use. I haven’t had any issues with it flopping around.
I think everyone should have at least one basic bag! They’re also one of the cheapest styles Ive seen online.

Ahh...another Memobottle gal...did youdo the kickstarter for it...its such a great shaped bottle. I have the A5 and a smaller one that takes 250mls

You can get a silicon sleeve now to fit the bottle. So no-one would know if you were carrying something naughty....and vodka has no colour.
