Lol I got it down to all the bags I use the most. My problem is I need to stop looking. I got it down to 12 keepers. Lol.
My husband is weird about me selling my purses. We were pretty poor a few years ago and I had to sell all my Coach. Now even though he knows I won't use them all, he doesn't want me to sell them. He says he never wants me to feel the need to sell anything again.

Mine says the same thing, he gets very upset when he sees me, culling the herd.

I have found that Vintage Laura USA bags are similar quality and the leather is squishy awesome. There are not as many out there as it was a much smaller company (also made in NYC). I liked them back in the 80's and still do. Hope that helps.

Frank Clegg leatherworks has wonderful leather. I found one once at a thrift store. I think they are still made in the US.

Will check those out and keep my eyes out when I’m thrifting!

Im thinking of selling the camel Ramblers Legacy as I dont think I would use it as much as the current one
Usually its, I think a style is totally going to work and it dosent. Sometimes (believe it or not) a bag is to pristine and I paid waaaaay to much, and never want to ruin it. So back up she goes. I thought I'd love that camel color, but same, It not my favorite. Love the currant color though.

I got it for a reasonable price and I would like to make a little on it for all the work I put into it but not sure If I would get what I want for it...I suppose ita easier to go down in price then up

So here's an amusing story that I'd like to share. A few minutes ago I was sitting on my couch with my legs crossed and my little chihuahua curled up in my lap. I was holding my tablet with my arms balanced on the inside of my knees and I was scrolling through ebay. I came across a bag I was interested in so I clicked on the BIN button to see the total cost with taxes and shipping. At that moment, my dog repositioned her head and her ear made contact with the "Confirm and Pay" button on my tablet. I am now the proud owner of a burgundy kiss lock tote with a glued in registration.

That's funny! Some people try to get out of a purchase by claiming their child did it, but I've never heard of a dog doing it. She has great taste!
