I did find a couple I like on etsy! I have thought about going to the outlet, but don't want to make the hour drive to be disappointed. If I go I will also end up buying crap I don't need, although I wouldn't mind maybe getting a few cheap wristlets and pouches. I think next time my mom goes to her doctors in Nashville I might go with her so I can go to the store there. I've never actually been in a store that's not an outlet. I live between two outlets, so that's basically the extent of my new coach shopping.

I don’t know if it’s the same everywhere else but our Coach outlet canceled their promos to prevent people from coming in during covid. I can’t even remember the last time I went to a 70% + extra 20% outlet sale. That sale in particular is how I usually end up with useless coach items that I don’t even need lol

Lol! I end up buying slgs that I don't really need EVERY time. Good to know about the sales...I will definitely call first if I decide I feel like going.

Hi everyone! I haven’t bought a non-vintage coach in years, I love the quality of vintage bags (no surprise to this group!) But I was wondering if anyone has felt / seen the new Ergo in person? It seems like Coach is trying to focus on the quality of leather and the fact this is a archive style. But I’m so skeptical it would feel like the original bags.

That starfish wristlet is super cute. Makes me want some summery accessories. Last summer was such a bummer...can't wait to take my kids places and have fun again!
Oh, me too! We went to the pool last summer but it was so weird to see people swimming with their masks on and parents trying help their kids socially distance. It was just strange. I only went twice even though I had a season pass. I really hope this year is better.

The one you linked is made out of the normal glovetanned leather they use for the originals. The new “original natural leather” one is here:

We had a discussion about this recently. I was being skeptical about this new type of leather being comparable to the vintage kind. Personally, I don’t trust Coach to ever be direct about what type of leather they’re actually using, I think these new terms they throw out are just clever marketing. Id like to be wrong though & if anyone buys this “original natural leather” bag, I hope they share their findings by comparing it to a vintage bag.

@Paris Girl I'm not even really drawn to the Willis, but every time you post yours I think maybe I do need one after all. Such a beautiful collection! Lovely blues...would you mind sharing the color names of the blues?
Thanks! I’ve got navy in brass and nickel, light denim (left front) and what I think might be pool (near center back).

I was at a mall 2 weeks ago and saw these ergos in Macy’s and a Coach store. They felt nice. Very nice. Macy’s had one in the shade of blue we covet (tag called it azure). Not exactly the vintage, but close. If you have carried vintage exclusively, it won’t feel the same, but there is a lot to admire. And this is from someone who has been carrying mostly vintage for well over 5 years.
I was saved by the fact I’m not drawn to ergos. And I’m not used to spending over $100 on bags.I think I have a pic on my phone.

There is a savings event going on right now. Up to 25% off $400+. I also have $50 merchandise credit but haven’t bought anything yet. I keep looking at the retail site.
