"Vieux" Balenciaga, calf leather, newbie help! How durable?

Hey! I found this one on ebay:

And I got curious. I was mainly deciding on a mulberry as they seem to be more of a super durable bag for every day and i dont like the "shiny" glossy leather of most of the bals..
But then I saw this one. I cannot find it anywhere, does someone here know what size this is? Is it the same size and the normal city classic?

And, how durable is this leather, and the bag itself? (metal hw on straps++)

These came out in 2014 F/W; special edition bags which have an Ombre effect (see below for my Grey version).

The leather is Calfskin, so it is very soft .. and frankly IMO, not as hearty as the regular Agneau (Lamb) or Chevre bags. I do not use mine as an everyday bag.

This line had 3 versions - the grey (shown below), Dark Brown (which is the one in the auction) and a very Dark Pine Green (which IMO was not the most attractive bag).
