Last week when I was by the shop opening, I tested the victorine again (it is still in my mind every day). I want to show my girl friend how tight the slots are..but nope. They were good. I was shoced a little bit :eek: Or it was a demonstration model with slots are loosing up? I don´t bought the victorine. Today annoyed myself :shrugs: I hope that all new and next victorine are so fine how I tested the last one :pray: I know, I want it sometimes again and I would buy later.


The problem is I bought 2 other wallets to consolation. They are great, but the victorine is my silence love I think.

I want to tell you: I have bought the victorine again in fuchsia, and I can tell you I´am in love:love:. The cardslots are not so tight how the first one was. And I have the advice obeyed to do the cards into the slots and wait. So I think I will be happy with my victorine.

Aw I am so happy that it has worked out for you this time, I still find the card slots tight in mine but it is bearable. I still love the Victorine regardless :biggrin:

O.k. today I brought back the Victorine. The card slots are so tightly, that I hurt my Finger. But thats not all. The interior of the card slots went dissolved. I see it at one card slots - this was the fact that I was sure I bring it back. My SA look at the Vic and see, that all card slots have quality issues. She looks at the fuchsia too and the fuchsia have the same problem I can tell you. And she says, that is fact and not good. So with a crying eye I gave it back. (or another SLG´s or purses) - good luck.

Now I will decide if I want another little wallet, but none from the canvas catch my heart. Only the little bigger one Compact Curieuse Empreinte Leather in black or new color poppy. Or I give much more € in and purchase the turenne.

Yes! I also just purchased the Victorine in Fuchsia a week ago and the card slots are not as tight as what the previous posts mentioned. In fact, the cards slip in and out quite easily but not too loose that it falls out. It's perfect. Perhaps Lv has fixed the issue with the latest batch.

I bought mine a week ago. I too was surprised by how tight the card slots were but I put 2 cards in each one. It's not a deal breaker for me.
I had to return my Emilie wallet last year because it was defective so I hope this one isn't too. So far so good though. :-)

I'm very happy for you! I read the whole thread since the beginning and I was sad to see you had to give up on your dream wallet. I'm really glad you bought it again and now it's perfect! Congratulations! ❤

All the credit card slots on all the wallets are cut by a machine so they are exactly the same. They are always very tight at first but within a few days of use, the leather relaxes a bit and the cards go in and out more easily.

I got this wallet about 2 weeks ago. Still haven't used it. I did try the slots after watching some videos talking about the tightness and mine was not as tight. I will now go check for the "glue issue" before I start to use it. I was going to go get it hot stamped today, but I'll check for issues first. Also, was thinking of getting the My World Tour Version instead.
