I also noticed that BG started charging return shipping I suspect it happened post Saks acquisition. Have you tried Neiman Marcus? They are now part of Saks though.

Neiman Marcus charges a return fee now as well

Ugh that sucks and thanks for letting me know. I am nearby a NM fortunately but likely don’t be shopping with them as much due to the return shipping fee. Saks won’t be getting any of my business until they get their act together.
