Veining Question...

So far I have only been able to associate Birkins / Hermes leather with veining. Is veining unique to Hermes leather products? Have anyone ever come across veining on non-hermes products, or other leather goods?

I've seen veining on Louis Vuitton Mahina leather.

I have never come across streatch marks on any other bags or leather products - very interesting.

In my youth, I carried Coach and Dooney and Bourke - both companies bags had veining. Janney
