Can I ask with respect to the wait list for hard to get items, are your chances improved if you are actively shopping at the boutique? Or is it a true waiting list!
Hello. Sure it helps. If there is a piece that has been allocated but imagine the people on the waitlist rejected it or didn’t answer to their SA -> it can be yours. Usually SA in this situation do have to get autorised (by SM ? ) to allocate you the piece. It happened a few times to me. So right time right place does also applicate to VCA. But you have to be physically at the boutique 🤗. Good luck 🍀

Hi there sorry if this is the wrong thread to ask this question. From my experience, the YG guilloche 5 motif bracelet is always OOS at my local boutiques and the SAs will always tell me that I can order it and place a deposit with a wait time of between 3-6 months. so based on that, my my understanding is that it’s extremely hard to get the 5 motif YG guilloche bracelet immediately, much less the 10 motif necklace. However, I recently saw that these two items PLUS the YG guilloche earrings were available online to be purchased. So my Q is - are these likely to be items to have been returns from a customer who probably changed their minds?

Hello
No I understand e boutique and physical boutiques have different allocations and stock. And that the direction wants to put e boutique ahead so they can get beautiful pieces sometimes that in physical boutique you would have 1 year wait …

I shop remote to boutique and my SA knows my likes so when a customer rejected her MTO bracelet he put aside and sent me text and it was mine. So you don’t need to physically be in boutique but a strong relationship with your SA is definitely needed

My SA has told me they have gotten certain pieces on other wish lists to offer me before the wish list or if it was true in one case deposit items. I think VCA plays up the hard to find selling point so not sure I believed it and it has not happened since the change of paying 100% to reserve a piece, but it has been a mix of texts and pieces shown in store. Now I actually am quite curious if paying a 100% deposit means you have a strictly enforced priority.

But it is definitely my experience that things pop up and are offered from time to time and I have been told by my SA that they got permission to offer it to me before the wait list usually in that case I have an hour or two to decide and have almost always said no. The most recent time this happened the piece on my wish list appeared about one year after I declined the one supposedly came in for someone else.

thank you! That’s good to know
Oh and I always deliver from e boutique to physical boutique (so my SA knows what I bought and in case the piece is not in good condition I could return at once). One SA in the physical boutique told me that if I return the piece from e boutique to my boutique (I don’t like it etc …) they can then put the jewelry piece in their own stock (so they as I could say steal it from the e boutique:blah: ! ). He told me that because I told him I was ashamed to return from e boutique but sometimes they get pieces I never saw in real life … so he didn’t seem sad in the event I would return a piece at all ;)

Has anyone bought the sweet alhambra in hammered rose recently? Is there a wait time?
I was just offered the 16 motif sautoir in January and bought mine December abroad so they seem to pop up these days. They are non orderable and then only wishlist item but sometimes you just can jump on one in a boutique if lucky. For the 6 motif bracelet it is orderable and people on this forum posted it was 6 month wait recently
