I had no idea this was an option. When I put in my deposit for the YG Guilloche bracelet I was told through text that I could only put in the order if I came in the store. It’s about a 45-55 min. drive for me so it would’ve been great if I could’ve just done this on the phone. I might switch SA’s for my next piece since my current one seems a little condescending at times and I feel like we don’t click. Anyone else been told by their SA that they had to put in an order in store?

No I place most orders by text and they send a link to pay.

No general rule. Different stores and different countries operate differently. Rules also change over time and if you’re a VVIP or a long term established customer there are definitely different rules for you.

I just ordered via phone couple days ago. I've never met this SA in person but was introduced him via some internet community.

Also If you call vca(1-800 ), they connect you with SA from all over the country that has the inventory or could find it. They are all ready to take phone order!

For those who are in the US and have frivole pave earrings, Out of curiosity, how long did it take for Frivole pave earrings to come? I placed an order 1 week ago, was told 4-6weeks but I know it almost always come sooner..

Oh wow I might do this for the tigers eye Alhambra bracelet I’ve been eyeing. My SA told me they’re not taking orders for tigers eye for now so I’ll see if I can get connected to an SA that might be able to find one via the 1-800 number

I just touched base with my sa about a YG guilloche bracelet I ordered with her 7 weeks ago.

She said that it’s taking about four months from what she sees from previous orders that are arriving in boutique now. Also she said I ordered at a good time because prices going up very soon. She didn’t say how much or when this will happen.

I ordered yellow gold hammered vintage earrings in February, I was told wait was 4-6 months. I use the Madison Ave, NY store, anyone get them recently? Also YG hammered bracelet, anyone have a timeframe?
