Hi! I find travel jewelry cases with pre-determined slots do not fit anything well!
They are worthless for earrings, and bulky rings are impossible in those cheesy ring slots.:heart:

I use the Maria travel pieces because they are open "holes" and work perfectly. I can then layer with my pouches however I wish.
Here are the two I use:

I love love love this little guy and use him the most.

When I bring more or bulkier pieces, I use this medium guy:

By the way, Maria now comes in the color orange which is nice and bright (it only came in navy, white, and yellow for the longest time).

Here are photos to show you how the VCA pouches fit inside both sizes.

The Maria cube is the first photo. I love it. I can fit a ton inside.
I put the medium pouch at the bottom of the Maria cube so you can see how perfectly it fits.
I use the medium pouches for my Clover bangle, 20 motif, 5 motif bracelets (I put one bracelet in each slot).
I use the small pouches for earrings (one earring in each slot) and rings. Works great.
Oh... and I always put a cleaning cloth at the top. You never know when you need a wipe.

The Maria medium is the second photo. It is good when you carry bulkier pieces such as wide cuffs and chunky necklaces.
I also layered it with the VCA pouches to show you how the pouches fits.

Hope this helps.

I second Maria cube and Wolf in general. I am a convert thanks to @BigAkoya and others here.

I wonder if loyalty to one (or a few) SAs would help for some pieces, so maybe continue to work with your favorite SA.

SAs are loyal to clients who are loyal to them because they know they will get repeat sales, and sales is what drives a SA.
I am sure the SA from whom you purchased the Ludo would be glad to get any other piece you want!
I probably sound really disloyal on this forum but I’m not! I buy 90% from one SA and store unless something rare pops up on a website that I’ve been waiting forever for and I know if I wait to get in touch it will be gone (that’s happened twice bc other people, I think, watch the site too) or I’m traveling somewhere (or someone else is) that would have special pieces of pieces harder to find - Dubai, France. I don’t get the transfer thing - maybe it was specific to the pieces I wanted at that time. Who knows? It wasn’t because I wasn’t using my SA - she had someone help me for her bc she couldn’t be in for personal reasons. It’s definitely not bc I’m not a consistent client - I spend (for myself plus gifts for family every year) well into the 6 figures with her annually!!! If it’s bc I bought a few insignificant things traveling or online I would be pretty disappointed in them and that might make me take all my business to another store!!!

Also, I bought wolf Maria case on your recommendation. It was on sale at Gilt so I figured it was a win/win either way. I usually use a soft LV folding jewelry case when I travel (I don’t even think they have it anymore) but it doesn’t work with bulkier items. Luckily yellow is my favorite color and the Maria case works great. It’s a great recommendation you’ve given others and my jewelry and I appreciate it!

I wish to add one more thing since we are talking VCA jewelry and travel...

I mentioned it in a post a while ago, but in case some of you missed it...

Valet trays! It's a must for travel to place your watch, jewelry, other items.
Here is my valet tray next to the Maria Cube with pouches so you can view for size. I also put in one of my Tiffany pouches so you can see of course it works for pouches from all brands, so you can get colorful!

Belated thank you to Big Ayoka for the Wolf Maria recommendation. I bought on your advice and it was
everything you said it was. I used to use a flat foldup travel case and nothing really fit. Now that I'm looking at the Maria cube, I'm thinking maybe I could've downsized lol.

Wow... I am surprised the SA would not transfer you the item, especially now that you stated you are such a regular client at that store.

Well, if you like the store, I would gently mention it to your real SA and say you wanted to buy an item, the SA saw it was available at other boutiques, but she would not transfer and said you had to order and wait. You can then "innocently" say "I like to buy from you and give you the business, but is this a new boutique policy where I have to go directly to the store who has the merchandise to buy?" Be kind of course, which I am sure you will, but your message makes the subtle point you are fine to buy elsewhere to get a piece. I am sure your real SA will jump on this and get you piece asap.

On the upside, I am glad your jewelry is nicely tucked in to the Maria cube in yellow! Now your SA needs to make it up to you with more pouches!  I love travel pouches.

I happened on vintage alhambra WG MOP and YG onyx, and tried both. I think I am in trouble. I like both of them. it’s amazing how the little bit of WG makes a huge difference in the alhambra earrings. It suits my skin quite well (in my own opinion, despite my bias toward mop lol). But I need to have considerations toward my existing magic mop and two motifs mop. Sigh.i need colour in my collection?

Beautiful collection!
Do you want to add color ? You can stay with the mop in wg if you feel it suits you.

Would you consider MTO in onyx WG if you liked the onyx otherwise?
