My experience is rather limited since I’m still pretty new, but I did not connect well with one SA in a boutique while I was traveling. She kept insisting I should have the person that I was seeing at the time come in and give his approval. I did have a wonderful experience at NM though and the DSA there was very nice, knowledgeable, and offered up his honest opinion. I will definitely go back to him (assuming that remains an option), but I feel it has more to do with the connection rather than boutique vs. department store.

I am looking for building a LTR with an awesome SA at the SF VCA in NM. The majority of my purchases have been on vacation trips, a few special occasion gifts that I did not purchase, or through auctions, so I do not currently have one.
