^ITA as well. Yes, it was a poor lapse in judgment, but I think the public will get over it. She's got a fab body. I guess the only argument with me is whether she was 16 or not in the photo, which would make it child pornography.

I haven't been able to find the pic. I am having a blonde moment. Is it really XXX - like is she in some kinky sex scene ? I had heard it was just like a nude shot. Which is bad for publicity. But hardly triple xxx -- there is a big difference. I wish i could find it.

I'll bet we all forget about this in two or three weeks. There is one picture of Zach naked at the beach too, obviously photoshop but how come nobody says anything about him. Because he is a man and can do whatever he pleases I guess

Who cares if she is apologizing for the nude pics? Disney stands by her and that's really all that counts.

Also if she has a contract with Disney and got a better offer from someone else wouldn't this be something that one would think Disney would be shocked at and they may let her go and then she could move on to bigger things????? So it might have been planned to leak out.
