Yup, I got the confirmation email and verified that my payment went through. I emailed her again for a status update yesterday and I STILL haven't gotten a response! Welp, I'm happy for the girls who have gotten theirs. Sux for me I guess.

Their customer service to you is unacceptable and you deserve to know where your ring and bracelet is!
