I just got the pod ring in the mail today. It's very, very cute

Can I ask when you ordered yours? I ordered the pod ring and a necklace on May 7 and haven't received them yet. I emailed them a couple days ago to ask if they're backordered and I haven't even gotten a response. Talk about bad customer service.
