I've been waiting two and a half months for my leaf bangle. it's getting a bit ridiculous. I have actually asked for a refund (even though they technically don't do them) as they have kept me waiting for so long without any information and I'm not prepared to wait any longer!

maybe ask your credit card people to get you your money back. my parents credit card people do that if something goes wrong or doesn't come. worth a try =)
