My SA just told me she received the price increase notice this morning and she was notified its only the bridal line. Seems like information is all over the place as far as the US is concerned.

Same, I was told it's on everything.Weird, I was told it’s on all things.
I was at the Ginza location late last week and they were getting ready for this. My SA mentioned it was predominantly on the bracelets (presumably the Alhambra) but I didn't press her for more details. It’s 4 June instead - they just officially released the announcement on
their website.

I received clarification text from my SA this afternoon that she found out it's on all collections, in case anyone was holding out hope on my earlier comment 😅My SA just told me she received the price increase notice this morning and she was notified its only the bridal line. I don't even understand the point of the price increase. They don't have much of an excuse for this percentage besides profits. My SA said clients weren’t allowed to put down 100% deposits on items to lock in old price! There were some angry people
He did confirm 3% increase on everything, effective 5/31 in the US.
I had already placed an order for something a two weeks ago with 100% deposit, does that mean when my piece comes in, I'll have to pay the difference? My SA said clients weren’t allowed to put down 100% deposits on items to lock in old price! There were some angry people

Some people have been told that this is indeed the case. You should check with your SA.I had already placed an order for something a two weeks ago with 100% deposit, does that mean when my piece comes in, I'll have to pay the difference?
I’m sorry, I’m not really sure. I think you should ask your SA for clarity.I had already placed an order for something a two weeks ago with 100% deposit, does that mean when my piece comes in, I'll have to pay the difference?
It's all over the place regarding their policy on this. My SA told me earlier this morning that 100% payment today will still have to charge the new pricing, but then she messaged me about an hour ago that they just reverted this and that if we pay today then we can be locked in at current price. She caveated that although they changed, does not mean it will revert once again lol. That said, I didn't press her too much on it since what I am looking to buy is just the regular perlee ring and the new perlee diamond ring (which is already priced with the increase, I hope).Vancouver boutique just confirmed the new North American policy - even with 100% payment if the piece is not immediately available they have to charge the new price, which is 3% increase.
I have to admit I find this a bit off putting.
