I don’t know if you typed in the URL directly, but since the last price increase, prices never show up for me when I type in the URL directly. I always have to Google Van Cleef and click on the hyperlink for the prices to show up. It’s quite tedious. I’m in the US.
It’s either a systematic problem or my husband trying to make it as difficult as possible for me (short of blocking the website lol) to find my next piece.
It happens to me too! Sometimes the website says the access is denied.
It’s telling me to stop buying!
That happened to me a few times because I use VPN for work, and I'd browse the website occasionally to see if something nice come back in stock but I guess the constant changes of the IP is glitching out their website

Nowadays I just started adding the product page to the bookmarks and/or just go to VCA's main page, then look up the specific item in the search bar, haven't had issues with prices not showing up now. Or maybe you just need to clear the cookies/caches from your browser, it's likely they changed the URL for certain items so the page you're seeing without the price is pulling from the caches.

Someone on the FB group said there is a price increase coming on May 11 in US. Some are saying high jewelry only while others are saying it is across the board. Is it time for me to get a 5 motif bracelet? I was not planning to buy any jewelry this year!
I have heard the increase will be about 4%, so not too bad this time around. I don't know which pieces will be affected.
Regardless of which pieces are getting the price increase, having one increase after another is just so exhausting. It actually makes me less likely to buy. Maybe it's as if the goalposts kept being moved?
I’ve been contemplating a 10 motif MOP or blue agate and wonder if now is the time. But I keep not being able to decide whether I should just “go big” and get a 20 in MOP ♀️
The question that you should be asking yourself is what is it you really want? Is it a 10 or 20 motif? If 20 motif is what you really want then I’d save up and buy that. Don’t buy the 10 in the MOP or blue agate because of price increase unless you’re unsure of the size.
Have you tried a 10 or 20 in those stones or in any just for size comparison to give you an idea of the look you want?
My SA told me the increase on May 11th would be for bridal, high jewelry, watches and some everyday pieces. She didn’t say which everyday pieces were included. I did ask about a Perle bangle and she said the Perle bangles were not/not part of the increase.
How bout a 10 plus a 5? I've seen lots of people do that so they have more wearability. Unless you prefer the length of a 20 and/or want the option of wearing it doubled up.
