I can’t get to a store and wanted to get an idea on sizing

If I’m a size 16 in Cartier love, what size would I be in the Perlee range (probably one diamond bracelet or sweet clover). My wrist is 5.3 inches / 13.5cm. Would I be a extra small or small?

Only by special order. The regular line includes 20 motif and 5 motif.
