So sorry that this is happening to you as well. How was your LOLxLV sorted out?
For some reason, with this special limited online pop-up collection, the package had to be delivered to my home- the pick up in store was not an option. I contacted LV CS and asked if they could have the package changed to pick-up at the UPS terminal because no one would be home to sign for the package. I have done this in the past with Hermes, etc.- you go to UPS with the door tag and your ID and sign for the package and pick-up. LV CS was very good about changing that for me for UPS pick-up. So I drive downtown LA (not in the best of areas when it is daytime let alone after work when it is dark- this was back in early January) only to be told the package was immediately sent back to the shipper when they got the message to hold at the station- I was told that UPS will not hold a package from LV under any circumstances because of fraud. Then the agent continues on with a rant about how dishonest the LV company is and that I should not be buying from them- that there have been numerous fraudulent claims made and UPS will not hold their packages. This was very un-nerving and really not what I drove downtown for- to be scolded- I just wanted my package. So I call LV CS and was able to speak with a manager who was very nice and apologetic. He saw the package was enroute back to the NJ warehouse. I had to make special arrangements at work to receive the package- once the manager got this new delivery information he overnighted the package to me. But it was not pleasant being in the middle of that drama and I came within a hare's breathe of cancelling the order I was so unhappy about the situation. This is why if I were not working at home and able to receive packages, I would not be shopping online. Plus it is good they relaxed the signature requirement.

I love my speedy bb but good lord, that was too much angst for a bag!!! I hope you are not sorry you asked ;)

Wow!! What a process! I'm glad it was resolved for you! I've had all my items shipped to my workplace because we're not always home and this is the only one gone haywire!

I just put an email claim through with the limited information I have (UPS) Still waiting to see if LV has submitted one.
 
This was happened to me, I called LV twice to ask for replacement but until today they just gave me a refund . The item was before the price increase, part of me want the key pouch but the other part is saying I spent too much. Lol

Oh no!! My status when I check my tracking number says they're investigating. I also purchased my card holder before the price increase. Did LV refund you with your method of payment?
 
Did your tracking ever say "In Transit" with no scheduled delivery date available? I'm having the same issue with my package being stuck in Concord (my local depot) for days now with that status.
Yes! Mine was stuck from the 11th until this morning. Monday I sent in a lost package claim thinking the worst, yesterday it said investigation and today it's on it's way. I think it would have been stuck longer if I hadn't put in the claim.
 
Like I said, it’s just a suspicion and largely based on other cases mentioned in this thread and other online discussion boards. I agree that the theft could have occurred anywhere along the UPS route, so hopefully they will investigate fully. I simply was recommending that everyone be extra vigilant and examine your boxes to the extent you can. I, for one, will just avoid purchasing from LV online going forward.
A bit ignorant of you not to realize that the theft can happen at any point along the way, not just at the starting point/warehouse.

I’m glad you are receiving it today, it shows expected delivery for my nano speedy is today but no out for delivery status so I have to look for out for delivery another day!

This happened to me as well when I purchased something from fashionphile, they said it was going to take 15 business days for them to investigate which was way too long for me so I just told them that I was going to deal it with my bank so I called amex and they charged back the purchase

I didn't know they send nail files until someone posted in a Fashionphile group telling me but that's all I received I thought it was a mistake and Fashionphile told me they won't help me because the package was delivered and signed for but its not right I didn't receive my order only a nail file :((((((

What happened to me last week, it’s not from LV or fashionphile but Sephora. Yes, Sephora in my disbelief sent me an empty box. Mind you my purchase was over $100. So I called my credit card after Sephora said there’s nothing they could do. My credit card got me my $100 back. After hearing all the traumas of people, my sister and I always video one another when we have a signature protected packages, from signing packages to opening it. Unless it’s not signature like my Sephora BUT Please call your credit card! And I learned that too that credit card online purchases are the most protected!

Hi! you had a few posts about this in the Fashionphile shopping thread a few weeks back and we advised you to contact your CC company for an inquiry into a chargeback. Have you done this? perhaps follow up on that thread.
