I don't know the year. Maybe someone else can chime in. I don't think the size difference is much imo, but the strap drop is a big deal since it fits more comfortable on ur shoulder than the old model which is some say is too close to ur armpit. There are a few YouTube video comparisons online. Take a look there. Some reviews give the measurements and show both bags side by side.

I put them next to each other and the difference is very slight. I think the newer one has the width slightly wider and the corners are firmer. Not sure if th Ella model just lost its structure, though.

Has anyone been able to get a pochette NM from the Canadian site? I spoke to CS a few days ago and they said it is not being discontinued, they just have low stock

I hope the customer service person you spoke to is right . The pochette is a perfect little bag. It would be sad to see it go. But customer service and SAs all have different information it seems. Customer service told me the twice (once the twinset purse) was only low on stock and they would get more in- then it was discontinued haha. So fingers crossed the pochette won't truly be discontinued

I have just ordered the pochette accessoires in DA from the UK site. Now second guessing myself and wondering if I should have gone for the DE or monogram. This is my first LV purchase so don't want to make an expensive mistake! Any thoughts??
