I am sooooo happy, I received my PA in DE today! Last week I called customer service in Germany and they told me that all PA s in Europe are sold out throughout all European stocks and it will take several months for them to be available again. One (!) day later (when I was stalking the website again) all of a sudden it was available for some minutes. I just tried it and was completely surprised that the order came through. And now I've got it and it is even more beautiful than expected! I don't understand the different messages of the SAs and customer service and the website availability - the only conclusion is that one has to keep on trying...

Congratulations on your beautiful new piece! [emoji7] The same happened to me, after being so disheartened when I realised they were low stock, I stumbled across one on the UK website. I was lucky! I grabbed it straight away and got my delivery date text today, it arrives on Wednesday! Never been so excited in all my life haha!! Enjoy your new pochette :)

I am in Canada and I contacted CS to ask about the eva clutch and pochette NM, they said the eva clutch was officially discontinued a few weeks ago, but the pochette "is in critically long term tension as its popularity causes demand to surpass supply." So the SA said it's not discontinued, just out of stock! :)

I was looking to possibly get a pre-loved one, but didn't realize that there is an old model and a new model. Or at least that's what I'm gathering since I've noticed some people writing NM after the name. Sometimes I realize it stands for Neiman Marcus and other times that doesn't make sense lol. Could somebody please explain the difference between the two models to me. Thanks!

NM has longer strap drop for a better fit on the shoulder, slightly bigger in size and has an inside pocket. If I missed anything someone please add.

My DD has the older version and I have a new one and the above is exactly what we recognized.

Thank you so much! I'm so glad this thread is here as I was starting my search for a pre loved one. I now know what to look for thanks to your help xoxo

Do you know by any chance what year the NM came out so I know what I'm looking for? Also is the size difference between the two models of the pochettes and the length of the strap drop a lot? Interested to know if it's inches in difference or just millimeters? Thanks again for the help

I don't know the year. Maybe someone else can chime in. I don't think the size difference is much imo, but the strap drop is a big deal since it fits more comfortable on ur shoulder than the old model which is some say is too close to ur armpit. There are a few YouTube video comparisons online. Take a look there. Some reviews give the measurements and show both bags side by side.

So good to know about the strap drop. That's definitely an important thing to consider. I'll definitely try and do a YouTube search. Thanks for your help
