Update on Pochette Accessoires

I have been on the hunt for 2 mono PAs (one for myself and one for my sister). I found one last month and now finally found another. Both are brand new made this year. Putting them together I noticed that the canvas is different between them. I’m shocked. Both are made in France about a month apart. Is this normal for them the canvas to be so different between them? I’m not sure which to keep for myself and which to gift my sister. One is a darker canvas w a light monogram while the other is a lighter canvas w a very pronounced monogram print. So one is very noticeable while the other is more subtle. Also the canvas on the more subtle one is more pebbly/stiffer white the more pronounced is more smooth/softer. Oh mannn I am so jealous. I just got one too and it's smooth like the one on the left. I really wanted one like the one on the right. Wanna trade? XD
 
Has anyone gotten a PA that is NOT Made in France? I wonder if part of the reason why it's so sparse is because it's not being produced in the factories in other countries (it would explain why it's so hard to get in the US at least).
 
So I’ve talked to the US website customer service so many times in the past several weeks and every time they have told me the mini Pochette is completely sold out with none available in the company and none expected for at least 4-6 weeks. Well lo and behold my SA calls me yesterday with TWO - a mono and a DA - that she’d tracked down for me. How did she track them down if there were none anywhere in the stores or online... mmmhmmm... *eyeroll*

I think it just takes persistence and a good SA who is willing to help. I’m done with the website customer service - they have never been much help. I’m loving this size and am so excited to finally have them!! [emoji173]️IMG_6803.jpg

I've had the same experience! I emailed and called customer service for TWO MONTHS STRAIGHT asking about the pochettes and every single person gave me an automated response with an attitude stating they weren't available, they don't know when they'll be back in stock and they're not adding names to reservation list. They didn't even want to check their system. So I started calling stores and I don't get why the heck you have to go through CS to get in touch with a store and sometimes the CS would ask "is there something I can help you with..are you looking for store availability?" And I was like "yeah but that's not your area of expertise so just transfer my call to the store." And that's how I got my PA mono and mini DE!

I wonder if they're going to revamp the pochettes ( like with a zippered pocket like the speedy; or DE with rose ballerine interior, maybe increase the size, with glossy bright golden hardware, idk)....or are they ending it with the current ones hmmm
