Still seems like half of SAs and online reps say yes or I don't know and other half says no on this being discontinued. It's a shame there's such inconsistency and misinformation either way. I had hoped to find my last two in Paris next month, but then decided to make sure I could get them by just calling CS and tracking them down now. Luckily I could get both from a store sent to me due to a purchase history that meets their rules (yes, you have to be "eligible" for a charge send).

I feel like they're playing catch up after the strike and holidays so may not be discontinued. I've been waiting to get a cles in DA for as long and was told that's sold out in US, but I purchased PA in DE and DA this week without issue.

Congrats on getting the trifecta, I just scored all three canvases as well recently. For my PA Azur, I called customer service since the website was always saying "call for availability." They found one for me in California and did a charge send, but the LV store charged me $15 for shipping. I went ahead with it since I was wanting this piece, but I wasn't expecting to pay for shipping. When I order directly from the website I always receive free shipping (and tax free too since my state doesn't have an LV store), and customer service on the phone never mentioned a shipping charge when they were calling different stores trying to locate one for me. Just wondering if you were also charged for shipping and that is normal from an out-of-state store if I should have had free shipping? If shipping fees are standard, I wonder why they have a different policy than the LV online store?

I was not charged shipping. In fact, I asked if I could get the free expedited shipping that I saw online was offering. I was put on hold then he came back and said yes. My two PAs also came from California.

I recently purchased from a store on the west coast ( Neverfull Tahitienne) and they charged me $15 shipping fee as well . Never had to pay that before but I wanted the bag so I paid it. But, I was not told about the $15 on the phone .. once she emailed me the receipt I noticed it .

Good thing you asked. I was also charged for shipping when I had to do charge sent but now I know to ask next time

I questioned it when I spoke to the sales assistant on the phone when he gave me my total, and I explained that I had never paid for shipping from the LV online store which is who connected me to that location. The sales associate wouldn't back down, and I gave in since I was worried they were getting scarce and I might not be able to find one online ☹️

I'm glad you got yours for free. It seems to be another inconsistent practice with LV unless there is a minimum purchase amount to get free shipping, and my one pochette wasn't enough. I've also never received free perfume samples from the online store, but I see others on YouTube who are given extras in their box. Oh well.

I ordered 2 PAs from NM LV in-state (hours away though) because that's where LV customer service located them. Yet, I was told that I had to pay $15 for shipping and when I told him about LV free shipping, he went to ask his manager who told him that NM only offers free shipping to $3k orders. Expedited 2-day shipping would cost me $25, he said. Wasn't very happy but I caved in as well because they're so hard to find. It seems like it really depends on SAs. I honestly had very different experience depending on SAs.

I think in dept store boutiques have different rules on shipping though as that's what I heard at LV inside Nordstrom

Just called client services and found a PA in DE which is being shipped to me because no one near me had it. CS told me it was hard to find since it is being discontinued. So that's the latest story I heard. So happy to find it in DE. Wasn't planning on getting this now but the pressure of it possible being discontinued got to me. Had to pay $15 in shipping as well from a Bloomingdales....

minks4all on YouTube just mentioned the Pochette Accessoires NM is on "contingency" until the end of the year. I have never heard of that term before though. So that must be why half of SAs say there is no mention of discontinuing it. (Contingency means uncertainty of the items future, possibly being discontinued).
