How long is this chain?
I think I need one too, even though I already have a lot of chains from the ebay seller K-craft. I think an official LV chain would be great.

I just measured it for you. It’s just under 46 inches. For $150 it truly is worth it. I bought mine as repair pieces for the Felicie purse, even though I don’t own any Felicie bags. Here is my silver Felicie chain for my noir epi pochette. They’re very comfortable to wear and so beautiful in person. The little LV on the hooks are a nice little touch. Hey loves!

I know this thread is all about the PA however I am desperate to get the Mini Pochette Accessories in DE - and have been for months!

Its been showing as 'Call for availability' for so long. I was planning on picking it up in a trip to London next month....so I am hoping they do have some available :(

Has anyone heard any news on the Mini Pochette?

(I have contacted CS however am awaiting to hear back)

Hi :) The pochette and mini pochette are available. I just ordered a pochette last week, and the boutique got it in today. And I ordered a mini pochette and it takes a few weeks to get to the boutique. All you have to do is ask an SA to order them into the store, then when it arrives they can ship it to you. They order one at a time. So they are available, just speak to an SA :). Don’t go through customer service, go through an SA in a boutique.

Brilliant thank you! Are you based in the UK can I ask?

I'm going to London next month, so if I pop in then I can order it & pay and when it comes into store they'll ship it to my home address?

You’re very welcome :). Here’s my new mini pochette. It came in earlier than expected. Yes, you can go to the boutique and pay and then have it shipped to your home. You don’t even have to go to a boutique though. You can get in touch with an SA over the phone and tell them you’d like to have one ordered in to the store, and then the SA can take your payment and shipping info over the phone and email you your receipt. Then, when they receive it they’ll ship it to your home :). Either way. I’ve done this with many purchases. LV SAs are fantastic to work with.

I just got both a mono and a Damier ebene in the last two weeks. The de came with a cracked strap-UGH! I called the store, they offered to mail me a new one-thank goodness. I was so upset when I got it out to use it. One really nice thing is they offered to let me keep the damaged one, so I may use the hardware to permanently keep the end where the leather loops attached. This will hopefully prevent future issues as I will not be hooking and unhooking the leather strap.
