Hey everyone. I've been stalking a PA since May, updating on this thread, and think I finally got one. I know it's a small piece, but I haven't been super into LV until recently apart from a Speedy I've had for years. I decided to build up my SLGs (though not really leather!) and have really been needing a new compact errands bag that's roomy enough and that makes me feel happy to carry it but also zips and isn't fancy. It also dawned on me what a great passing-down gift this is for a daughter. And I also realized how beautiful the LV brand is and durable the products are.
Anyway. After being on the wait list twice and calling lots of times, I started calling nearly every few days during the past week. I called 2 days ago and the rep said nothing was showing on their inventory in the US but to call back soon because the stores might be getting some in. I called today, and a Boston SAKS location happened to have one in stock. I got transferred and made the transaction. It was pretty weird because the rep didn't confirm the price w/ shipping, the item, or if I would be notified of shipment. They have all my info anyway on the site, so I guess she was able to just put it through that way. She said she'd send an e-mail confirmation so I can track it.
Honestly, I won't believe I'm getting it until it actually arrives. I have a few major life events going on right now, and this has been a gift to myself in progress (along w/ the Clemence wallet I bought a few months ago) to start building SLG collection. Even though it's a little thing, I've wanted it, lol, so it will be a happy present that was way harder to get than I thought it would be when I started calling in May!
