I'm supposed to be recovering from my big internally flawless heart-shaped diamond pendant purchase (see other post a few months ago) but I've had a difficult patch lately so I was (accidentally-on-purpose) trolling for something. I only have one John Hardy piece (a solid 18k yellow gold kali ring) which is beautifully made and I find I wear a lot but I've inexplicably never added another Hardy piece to my collection.
I found these two pieces in the "classic chain collection" and they seemed so right and belong together. Simple and beautifully made. Casual in sterling silver yet classy and substantial with the .37 tcw on the earrings.
So here are my newest friends:
The classic chain cushion cut London blue topaz and diamond earrings and,
The 72" box chain necklace.
The London blue topaz is dark and stormy and glints beautiful subtle flashes of blue in different light. The necklace can wrap four times and has the tiny dragon head!
