That all sounds very suspicious, esp. with the 1 cent fb transactions and the change of ebay user name..I wouldn't go through with this one!!!! Although I must say I recently had a buyer in Canada of 2 (count em) $1k each B bags, and she asked if I would send to her "uncle" in the states instead of to her confirmed paypal in Canada. I said no, though I did send the bags to the confirmed Canada address via USPS Express Mail evaluating them at $50 each so she could avoid customs duty. She received the bags, loved them, and everything seems OK to this point. But she could always do Paypal chargeback I suppose. Ebay is tricky, esp. with semding to foreign addresses. But at least my person had good FB and a history and was a member of tPF so she said...:s Your french thing sounds too full of falsities to me. Trust your instinct that this is probably a stinker.

Thank you everyone. I have been a very active ebayer for a long time and never have I seen it this bad as the past year or so. Frightening! I'm going with my gut and refunding.
