Haha! I know! That's what DF says too! That he will run out of ideas. So I gotta cool myself off... Darnit! He actually said he would get me the studs for wedding present since our wedding rings came out way user budget. But I'm attempting to control myself. I'm sure little things for the wedding will pop up.

Birkin for your baby sounds perfectly logical! Seeing your puppy pictured in a blue jean birkin sounds so cute! Definitely new avatar picture worthy. Hehe I'm years from a birkin so I hope you get one for me to vicariously live trough.

Hehe does triplets mean three push presents or one big one? Hmmm twins do run in my family.... My Sis is pregnant and she was just talking about push presents.

It will be next to impossible to get another star that is a VS clarity or above. I can state that for fact. They don't buy the rough that high anymore. So...I have no idea what will happen if I ever upgrade.

I would love them, and they used to make them but they no longer cut below about a half carat anymore. So if I ever upgrade my Kwiat's that is what I'd do ;)

True, but my old stone was an SI2, just a REALLY GOOD one. The prongable natural was the only flaw visible without a strong loupe and the right lighting. It was also cut very well because the original cutters did it. The newer cutting company is not really doing as great, IMO. It's very hit or miss now. I have had one for 7+ years, well more than one, and I have seen MANY. The older ones are where it's at, for cut style AND clarity.

Nothing wrong with knowing what you want! haha I wish I could be a little more assertative sometimes. And in the end, all your work gave you a beautiful (and larger, though not intentionally) stone!

Yep! I had to "Settle" on this one also. We spent more than we wanted to, but we also had to go with what was likely secondhand. Like someone traded it in at some point. Which is FINE BY ME.

...Though shrinkage is a horrible thing. lol
