I'd already purchased a Boy bag just before Christmas, which I've been using to death, so I feel like a jumbo could be redundant, but I don't want to regret not purchasing when the price eventually hikes up! I already have a ML classic flap in lambskin.

I went in there today with a friend and it was lovely and quiet. We got the chance to sit in comfort and chat through all the options of what was available and also have a lovely leisurely try on

Even the SA's said it was crazy on Saturday! Sunday afternoon was surprisingly quiet.
To be fair I expected it to be busy yesterday too (I usually avoid crowds like the plague wherever possible), but whilst there were others in most of the time, it was a lovely visit with no queues and plenty of time to chat and see everything available.
Stock levels also appeared to be excellent 😄 x

Quilted lambskin boys are coming out for pre-fall and some quilted calf skins are coming out for fall. Pre-fall should be in the UK boutiques in a few weeks or so. Hope you find what you're looking for!
Has anyone ever returned anything bought mail order from Chanel at Selfridges i want to return my black patent quilted mini flap but not sure what the procedure is. Thank you
Did you order it from the Manchester branch? If you don't live near the boutique you can just post it back to them with your receipt. If you're posting it back I'd call them to let you know what you're doing and they know to expect it. Also post back by special delivery.
Thanks for your reply Honeybunch i did buybit from the Manchester store I tried to call yesterday but couldn't get an answer so emailed them but no reply to that either i guess with the bank holiday they are super busy although the whole buying process has been slow with very little contact a completely different experience than when i bought from Bond st store.
