Can anyone help me with Boy sizes? SAs in Manchester told me they come in 3 sizes - small, medium, large. But the large to me was more like a maxi/XL, the medium was a lot smaller and then there was a very small one. However, I keep reading about the new medium on this forum which is between the medium and the large. It's the size I want but the SAs say they haven't heard of it!

@honeybunch best thing would be to call them when you have the code number. I recently purchased the boy bag in the old medium however i must say i didnt see any boys in the new medium size. I went to pirchase the small card case in sept and the SA couldn't find it until she put the code into the system. Hope you find what ur looking for xo

Thanks! I don't know how to find the code though. They seemed adamant that the new medium doesn't exist in black although I saw it in a green version of the bag and also in a leaf print version. They had a look through the catalogue and couldn't see it but I agree that it would be better if I had the code.

Hi all :) I've just emailed Louise @ Selfridges Manchester to find out what the stock's like on the classic flaps and also to ask if there's a price increase in December. Hoping to get one for my birthday in January :D

I went into London Selfridges today and saw a lady buying the last boy in black caviar with ghw. She's very lucky as that was the very last one! I wasn't too bothered as I really want the lamb with shw. The SA said my best bet was to try at the end of January. On another note I really dislike the Chanel store at London Selfridges, it's always so packed when I go in there and there is no privacy when you're trying to pay for your items; I turned away a few times as people were using the card machine but other people didn't bother. New Bond Street is much better with it's nice discrete area to pay.

I can certainly agree that the customer service and general atmosphere in New Bond Street is far superior to London Selfridges. The range is great and the helpfulness of the staff even better.

harrods service is much better than selfridges but sometimes they do have more selections than harrods
