Has anyone purchased anything from parisstationhi on eBay? I've tried searching on the forum but found nothing. Looks like they've sold lots of authentic stuff from other brands like LV, Chanel, etc ... But not much from H so just wondering.

i would not purchase from parisstationhi again since i had a horrible transaction with her. i asked a very specific question regarding the condition of an item and was blatantly lied to. a return was accepted without hesitation and the item was authentic. tone of the emails were always courteous even after i confronted. maybe others would have better luck.

Thanks for your honest opinion.

Paris Station has two brick and mortar stores in Honolulu. I've only visited one and they have lots of Louis Vuitton but rarely any Hermes.

Had a great transaction with Poupishop! The items came wrapped in nice paper linen,
and with bubblewrap to protect them. Bought some Hermes scarves and buckles!
Would deinitely buy fr her again! responsive and hardworking reseller :)

Unfortunately I did not have a positive experience with Malleries seller Luxury Mart. I purchased a Clic H and when it arrived it was clearly fake. Not to mention that it was not in the stated excellent condition. So far they have not been very responsive and have not offered a real resolution. I definitely advise to treat Malleries items as you would items from other resellers, and ask questions and have items authenticated prior to purchase.

^^ Sorry to hear it is complicated, do keep us updated on how Malleries handle this. They have a much advertised "zero tolerance" policy on fakes, but I have often wondered about how it is implemented. I also wonder what happens to the seller in question on the Malleries platform. I think you are right, it always pays to look at anything carefully, no matter where it comes from.

Same questions.

Just took a look at what is written on their site. As I parse the words, the shop owner has to refund and if they don't, they get bounced off Malleries. I would feel more secure if Malleries were doing the guaranteeing instead of the shop owner. As bababebi said, do let us know what happens. Hope this does not turn out to be a royal pain to resolve.

So far Malleries is "looking into it" and the seller is requesting a certificate of authenticity from My Poupette. So they expect me to spend $200-$300 to receive a refund of $350! This bracelet is so obviously fake I have to wonder if they have ever seen one that's authentic. I've gone to PayPal and will be contacting my credit card company.

I'll let you know what happens.

Sounds like Malleries policy of proof is the same as a seller contesting a not as described PayPal claim by a buyer. Same authenticity certificate as eBay and PayPal require if the seller fights the return.

Something to take into account. Perhaps the site should make this clear.
