Have anyone bought from this ebay seller: msp6hc and she also have a ebay store call eClubdesigner. I am interested to get some stuff from her but am hesitant as I couldnt find much information on TPF.

They don't have a store in US. Sad! When I found the price of the BB, my jaw dropped! I know they have not expensive line to very expensive line. But I thought their price was mid range. So the BB's price tage was out of my assumption!

The BB is, at the moment, their most expensive bag!

Ann's Fabulous Finds, they all quickly respond to my questions, the items ship fast and who could not love their various payment plans! Also their items have also been better than described.

Now for my not so happy news,

I purchased a scarf from Its All Goode, though there was very quick responses and the item shipped quickly, the item was listed as in better condition than what I felt it should have been listed. Their prices are very reasonable but I am not sure I would purchase from them again...I prefer to air on the side of caution. I would rather be pleasantly surprised than slightly disappointed. JMHO

Just curious if you expressed your disappointment to the owner of its-all-goode, who would have immediately offered a 100% refund, with return postage paid. Since I have not had to make that offer in quite a while, I would guess not. Please PM me if you'd like to discuss this further.

I think we all need to be extra careful about what we post about sellers, particularly when they are recommended by TPF, and especially when they are respected authenticators, like sdsurfchick. These sellers are often small entrepreneurs, whose livelihood is dependent on our comments.

RE: sdsurfchick is personable, respected, and most importantly very knowledgable!
She has generously assisted me on questions about certain items of interests, I would buy from her site.

Generally, when an item you receive does not correspond to the picture/description, promptly express this.

I like to think they will set things right and in your favor!

I respect the opinions of the participants of this thread so much that I was shocked when I read your comment on Its-all-Goode. What is surprising is that the owner of this online store offers a full refund if you are unhappy for any reason. I have purchased more scarves from this store than any other online facility...gave up ebay long ago... I have always been very happy and confident in my purchase knowing their conditions of sale. I do therefore feel it unfair that you would negatively impact on their reputation. I am of course making an assumption that you did not contact them to advise of your disappointment. I would support your view of course had you been refused after sale service...but you did not make that clear.

I've purchased numerous items from Its-All-Goode and they were beautiful and in perfect condition as specified. She was clear up front that if there was a problem she would take something back for a refund. I've also sold with her and was more than happy with how quickly my items sold.

I also had a not so great experience with janefinds and won't be one who buys from her again.

These are posts I've previously put up so neither one is new news. Just responding to the flurry of recent post for both sellers.

But no seller is perfect, and this thread should be an accurate reflection of that fact. I don't necessarily think a negative comment should be required to contain a full and detailed explanation of the transaction (as suggested when Audreylita made a comment), but when the member does explain why she was less than overjoyed with the experience in a respectful and "this is just my personal opinion" manner (as opposed to a name bashing, "everyone avoid this seller" manner), I don't think anyone should criticize her for posting. If only good things can be said about the tpf recommended sellers on this thread, then it's a useless thread. We all know that these sellers have huge fan/client bases on tpf; reading only positive comments about these sellers means nothing to me. What I want to know about these sellers in particular is what happened to result in a less than happy customer (condition? Communication? Authenticity? Shipping?), and then I decide if it is something that would be a deal breaker for me. Also, it helps to know how sellers respond when a customer is not satisfied...and how would we know if nobody ever writes about a negative experience. In this case, I can say that a slight difference in condition vs what was advertise would not be enough to stop me from buying from It's All Goode, and the seller's response and policy regarding this issue confirms that for me.
