My own experience with Rachel was similar. No response to emails or phone calls. When I was finally able to contact her through others means, it was one lie after another.
Thank you so much for re-posting this complaint. I would never have known, and probably would have considered buying from jemznjewels. Not now, that is for sure.
Hi! I've bought several bags from their website. Always great service and bags are in new or really beautiful near-new condition. My bags arrived quickly and really well packaged and they're all authentic. Couldn't be happier. I've spoken to customer service and they really seem to care about their customers and know what they're talking about. It's a great company

Has anyone had any experience with MODE IN LUXE on Malleries? They are located in Paris and since the name sounded "familiar" it´s better to be safe than sorry.

Dittyaus on th e Bay is beyond amazing! I just bought a gorgeous Kelly from her and not only the bag is as described and beautiful but her customer service is perfection. I can't say enough good things about her. She's a joy to deal with. Will definitely buy again from her in the future. My sincere recommendation for anyone who's considering buying from her!

I have never seen feedback on the site in the same way there is feedback on ebay or bonanza. Here at TPF, I have seen feedback in this thread on individual sellers using Malleries. Some sellers like Jane Finds sells there and on ebay.
Re: Mode in Luxe. They have been selling on Malleries since November 2011 so they may have not accumulated much feedback. I sent them an email inquiring about the age of a bag since the flash made the picture of the blindstamp impossible to read. The response to the email was lighting fast. I was impressed with the speed at least. The wording of the answer made me think they operate on a consignment model.
