I think I'm one of the few people here who has had perfect transactions with mimiaction. I'd buy from them again in a heartbeat. I know others here have been less than happy.

Again I was sharing my experiences good and bad. As many others have said, one seller has been great and that same seller for another client has had a different experience. I have stated my personal opinion. Hopefully all opinions, even ones which you may disagree with are allowed here.:flowers:

Just curious if you expressed your disappointment to the owner of its-all-goode, who would have immediately offered a 100% refund, with return postage paid. Since I have not had to make that offer in quite a while, I would guess not. Please PM me if you'd like to discuss this further.

I respect the opinions of the participants of this thread so much that I was shocked when I read your comment on Its-all-Goode. What is surprising is that the owner of this online store offers a full refund if you are unhappy for any reason. I have purchased more scarves from this store than any other online facility...gave up ebay long ago... I have always been very happy and confident in my purchase knowing their conditions of sale. I do therefore feel it unfair that you would negatively impact on their reputation. I am of course making an assumption that you did not contact them to advise of your disappointment. I would support your view of course had you been refused after sale service...but you did not make that clear.
Kind regards.

Many apologies to:btdh:but I am actually confused. I have read these quotes and then looked thru the Its All Goode website. No where does it state a return policy for any reason. It does state in the terms and conditions section this:

Return Policy
All sales are final except for in cases of gross misrepresentation of condition. All shipping charges after the original shipment are the responsibility of buyer.
http://its-all-goode.com/termsandconditions.sc

On the front page it says:

GETTING IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME: Feel free to contact me with questions. It is important that your choice be a good one. Refunds and trades are difficult, if not impossible. Thank you!

So is there something that I missing?:shrugs:Now I am confused...Have a missed a policy some where? Please help!:flowers:

Opinions have been expressed on both sides. Since this now goes to the issue of the details of the transaction itself, it would be preferable for the seller and buyer to work out the specifics via either PM or email from this point on.

Thanks.

Oh darn. And just when I was going to say that I have actually taken trades and returns because "something doesn't look good on me," much less for a badly described item. Sometimes it just takes a polite short note.

Just adding my experience - I have also had excellent transactions with It's All Goode. The owner is very responsive and responds very quickly to inquiries. Everything I have received has been exactly as described - usually even better than described - and I have always enjoyed making purchases from her. One of my favorites!

It would be great if that was always the case and it usually is. People here safely (usually) state their experiences, good or bad, without vindication. I was personally (I feel vindictively) called out by my real name on this thread by janefinds when I said and I quote, "Had a less than positive experience with Janefinds. I personally will not be dealing with her again." Her response stated, "absolute slanderous lie. . . A decides to start a slander campaign . . . personal attacks on reputations . . ."

Was her payback to me to personally expose my real identity? The mods were kind enough to remove my name which she posted four times and once nicely in bold letters. And although I have never publicly spoken of what occurred (and choose not to), she did in fact outright lie in her statements saying what allegedly happened. I have no need to defend myself when preposterous misstatements are printed.

When you are in the public eye, it is always advisable (and any attorney will tell you this) to not reply because it only will bring unwanted attention to the original statement. The public has a short memory but will always remember the rebuttal and the tone.

I have personal experience (and not from this forum) that this is absolutely true. If you let a statement just lie, it will quietly dissipate. Defensive rebuttals are always remembered.

I will continue to state my experiences here with resellers, good or bad. And I hope everyone else will feel safe enough to as well. It's fine to disagree but do remember that manners and politeness go a long way.

Thank you for taking the time give your advice Audreylita, it has been taken to heart.:flowers:

The resellers I would buy from again and again.

TrendyGround2009 on ebay, I have always got a scarf in better condition than what was the listed condition, plus their prices are reasonable.

Style Eclectic, the item was in great shape and was packaged beautifully!

Ann's Fabulous Finds, they all quickly respond to my questions, the items ship fast and who could not love their various payment plans! Also their items have also been better than described.

SandiaExchange Hands down the nice person ever!! Genuine and so trustworthy! Will buy from again in a second!

Kaleideoplace One of my favs!!

Now for my not so happy news,

I purchased a scarf from Its All Goode, though there was very quick responses and the item shipped quickly, the item was listed as in better condition than what I felt it should have been listed. Their prices are very reasonable but I am not sure I would purchase from them again...I prefer to air on the side of caution. I would rather be pleasantly surprised than slightly disappointed. Hi Julide,

I haven't been on the forum much, but your posts caught my eye - always looking for reseller info :)

I have had great experiences with It's all Goode - shes also a fount of knowledge about scarf identification -- i am sure if you contact her and explain your issue, she will do her best to resolve it to your satisfaction!

The owner is on vacation. It will be back up soon.

If you sign up for her tweets, you can get updates on her site and what she will be listing. (Subscribe to @Kaleidoplace.) Yesterday Nancy tweeted"

Thank you for your patience during out site upgrade. We will be back online tomorrow (which means today) with lots of goodies.
