The seller has tried to sell it under 2 previous usernames (HPsaucy2012 and 2011-pippa) and had created this name for the third attempt. I know all this as I bought it subject to authentication and paid the fabulous bababebi to authenticate it. After receiving the damning report from Bababebi I informed the seller and she immediately cancelled the sale.
Ebay fraud were advised of all usernames and item numbers but when someone keeps creating new user accounts I am not sure what they can do.

I've had two less than satisfactory transactions with Portero lately, although they did handle the situations impeccably once the damage was done. In the first case a 90 silk that was advertised as pristine arrived with dirt streaks and small specks of food on it. In the second, a cashmere GM that I purchased turned out not to be available the next day after I'd paid for it and the order had been accepted. It could just be bad luck but I'm a bit gun shy about trying again.

So sorry that it happened to you I have dealt with them in the
past and had no issues but lately I have seen some inconsistencies
with their listings....at least they took care of the problem but it should
not happen at all considering they are a business corp and not a random
person selling on e bay:nono:

Exactly, lady786, they took care of the problems well but they should not have been problems that occured in the first place. I think it's because they're not always selling their own merchandise, the items belong to other sellers that list with them. But still, they handled the issues perfectly which does not always happen everywhere else!

I am glad that they took care of your problem and they should considering the premium they charge .....

I desperately need help and sorry if i am posting in the wrong thread but i am not a very savy e bay buyer but i like a H bracelet with a certain buyer and we e mailed back and forth finally agreed on a price but wants to do by paypal invoice and not involve ebay is this acceptable and ok to do or stay away.......please help me thanks in advance

I had a wonderfulexperiencewith luxury genie and they are based in london and the seller sophie was very communicative and item was as described i had to pay duty....overall good experience....hope this helps:smile1:
I went thru malleries.
