Hi tpf friends,

It’s been a while I’ve logged on here. I had a bad experience with Collective Square in Paris.

My bag was sold at the showroom, Collective Square. The seller net sale price was €8436 on the agreement. But I only received €8399. According to the bank transaction, Collective Square requested the sending fee, €37 to receiver.

I asked the shortage back which is €37, Collective Square only apologised by WhatsApp and told me to work with them once more. And not giving my money back.

There were more issues from them. They removed the plastic cover on the strap(mini lindy) without my permission. And took photos for online sales.
My bag was a brand new with plastic cover and seals but they wrote it as mint condition on the agreement as well.

I kept writing the review on Google but they kept deleting.

I hope my experience will be helpful to tpfers.

If there is a trustworthy reseller in Paris, please do let me know. Thank you.

Anyone notice the $5 fee now for “authentication“ on TRR? Why oh why must this company keep upping their charges. It’s maddening.
Their entire model has been based on all their items being authenticated.

I’ve noticed yesterday as well.

Finally Collective Square refunded me €37. Thank you tpfers.

Hello guys,

Avoid Collective Square in Paris. Unprofessional and not trustworthy. They don’t keep their agreement.

Has anyone sold their Hermes recently to a reseller who buys outright, not consignment? I know you get less than if on consignment, but I’m getting REALLY LOWBALL offers for a pristine bag. I want to avoid consignment as I’m not having luck with my (new condition) items on Ann’s site and don’t want to wait several months -year for items to sell. I don’t have the guts to sell directly on Ebay (afraid of being scammed). I appreciate any suggestions of resellers you’ve had luck selling to.
Sent you a PM

I’ve sold to many of the high end resellers and they typically will ask you how much you want for your item. It comes down to negotiation and they often will offer you less once they receive the item. If that happens, tell them you want the item sent back to you. I’ve done that and no one has ever returned an item to me.

I have just purchased two items on Ebay from the same seller. The items are on their way to be authenticated. I am pretty excited, as these will be my first two Hermes purses. I have a very good feeling about the purchases so far.

Photos attached. Seller is: macfam33. I searched TPF and did not find any posts. It looks like they are just starting to sell more heavily.

Very prompt responses and processing. Fingers crossed and can't wait to get them!

Seller has no history of selling high end goods and has a seller feedback of 3, with all items sold in the last month to the same buyer. I strongly recommend you have these items authenticated upon receipt.

These are going through the Ebay authentication process before they come to me...so Ebay will physically look at them. Do you think a third party should be sought if they pass the Ebay physical inspection?

Edit - this is the listing:

I appreciate your input. Thank you!

Yes, bababebi. The photos on the sellers listing would not have been sufficient for her. I personally would not trust an e-bay employee to authenticate a high end bag, I would always go to a seasoned professional.

I think that is a great idea to have at least the Birkin evaluated by bababebi when I receive it. Probably both of them, for my peace of mind.

I will pipe back in when I have the final ruling, fingers also crossed.

Good morning has anyone had experience with RichCoutureBeverlyHills? Their resale prices appear a tad
lower than most resellers, and inquiring minds would love to hear if anyone has any experiences with them good/bad?
Thanks so much searched resellers here thru forum but have found nothing on them.
Did you ever find out if RCBH is a trusted seller? I too am looking at their stuff and the prices appear too good to be true. Also, on their site under returns, it says they accept returns up to 14 days and on their “purchasing” page it says all sales are final. Conflicting info is a bit of a red flag and they have a lot of incredibly rare bags.

Well, my optimism has declined really quickly. All the items the seller had posted today are all closed by the seller as not available all of a sudden. Thinking this is not a good sign... yikes!

Will be interesting to see what unfolds. Sigh.
