I am sure everyone will suggest you get an independent determination of authenticity. How are they asking for payment? I have heard that many ask for payment via Western Union -- you will have no recourse to get your money back if there is a problem.

You meet person in person (sorry:) and she gives u the product and u give money. I wouldn’t trust to pay for unseen item.

Unless you really know your Hermes, handing someone cash for a bag leaves you without recourse if it turns out to be fake. Plus there is some danger meeting someone you don't know with a large amount of cash. You could end up with neither the bag or the cash. Make it someplace really safe (but I would never do it). JMHO

For my opinion the bag look authentic
U will be surprised. It turned out to be super great quality fake. (Yes there are sick fakes on the market). I was suspicious about seller (because her social media doesn’t look like she can have birkin). I offered her to do paid authentication and that I will pay for it if it’s confirmed original. And she refused :)

Wow crazy now I will be careful thanks for sharing

Hi everyone, I am currently looking for a Constance bag from them. Is this seller trusted? They ask me pay 10% deposit first, then they will send me photos let bababie to do the authentication. The balance can only pay by bank wire. After paid in full they will ship the bag to me.
Anyone buying from them overseas.

Anything I need to be aware before I purchase the bag?

Thanks

I do not know this seller, but I would never enter into a transaction with these conditions attached. Is the 10% deposit refundable? You should not have to pay hundreds - or thousands - of dollars for the privilege of seeing photos of the bag. You don’t know if they will send you sufficient and adequate photos for Bababebi to be able to authenticate the bag. If you pay by wire transfer, you have absolutely no buyer protection. If there are any issues with the bag - authentication, condition, or anything else, you will be out your money and have absolutely no recourse.

There are several reliable, tested and true resellers who do not attach such ridiculous conditions to transactions. There is a thread discussing them. Good luck.

Ruelamode based in Singapore? I bought from them once but I am based in Singapore. I went to their shop to view the bags. Did not know of their overseas buying rules but I've had positive experience with them. They have been in the business for many years. If buying from overseas from resellers, most if not all of them would require a deposit, haven't heard of zero deposit though. If you do not want to deposit then maybe consider go boutique way or buy from other sources?

Thanks for sharing your experiences. I asked them, I can only pay with PayPal, she said if I am happy to pay the PayPal fee, she can accept PayPal payment.

I don’t know this reseller but I just wanted to share my recent experience paying with PayPal to a (different) online Singapore reseller.

I came across a hard-to-find H Olga charm (no longer in production) from a reputable Singapore reseller (she also has store in Singapore) and paid via PayPal.

The transfer was smooth and she confirmed the money is already in her PayPal account but when she tried to transfer into her bank account, she got a pop up notice from PayPal saying there will be a delay for security reasons.

It’s been a few days and the amount is not huge (US$1500 approx) but it’s my first time buying online from a reseller so I’m not completely comfortable as the money is already taken from me for sure. She confirmed the problem is at her end but i don’t think she will ship until she transfers the money from her PayPal to her bank. I’m ok with it as the amount isn’t large but I think if i were buying an H bag, I would be way more nervous. Just be careful and ask your seller more questions about PayPal transaction. (Btw I also paid 4.4% fees on top of cost and shipping so hopefully there is PayPal buyer protection if there is a dispute.)
