Do you happen to know if it is a small crossbody bag or not? I hope they will change their website to give a basic information like size!

Just in case anyone is eyeing this bag... I was thinking about one of the seller's other items, and another TPFer kindly messaged me privately to mention a bad experience she had had with this seller, and to advise me to look closely at the feedback. I did, and was glad someone had given me a head's up-- so I'm passing along the advice here. Definitely make sure you can live with the number/nature of this seller's negative feedback comments!

To put things in perspective, they still have 99.6% positive out of more than 200,000 feedback ratings ! I find that score quite impressing.

Ps : this is just a side note. I am not affiliated with this seller.

Perlerare, you are certainly right that they do a lot of business, and maybe a few slip-ups aren't a big deal in the grand scheme of things. What bothered me (other than the direct report from someone on this forum) was a consistent pattern in the complaints they receive: lots of people saying they sold items that they then "couldn't locate," many comments saying they took a month or more to ship, and many comments saying the seller claimed the items were "lost in the mail." If someone really wanted one of their items, it might be worth it anyway, but perhaps with a phone call to them first to get a better read on the situation. :flowers:

I wanted to share my very good experience with mimiaction on eBay.
As my bag got stuck at customs I got very nervous and contacted her 3000 times and got very nice support.
Shipping would have been very fast too if my parcel would Not have been opened at customs.....
I think they are very strict in my country....
I can highly recommend this seller

The bag looks much better than expected either!

Has anyone had any experiences with any of these on the seller side:
kaleidoplace
haute gallery
luxury exchange

or any others?

i have tried to consign with both sam and nancy. the first round, both offered their honest opinion in terms of what i was looking for and what was possible in the selling environment at the time (which i really appreciated).

however the second time i tried to contact them, i got *no* response to my emails. (i have purchased from nancy before and would do so again in a heartbeat!)

i have consigned with jean at inside the orange box and she has been prompt to act and respond to my emails. she made selling the goods so easy i'm not sure i'll ever bother with ebay again!

i just completed a purchase from let-trade (my second). they were very quick to reply to my emails and kept me informed (when they received payment and when they shipped the package with tracking). i paid for the item on thursday morning (in NYC which is thursday evening in HK) and received the item on monday afternoon. i cannot recall receiving packages that quickly from US-based sellers!!!

my one *VERY PICKY* point would be that i had emailed them to ask about the condition of the item and was told that it was brand new. while the item may very well have been brand new, it was noticeably aged to me. the silver had a few dings and showed a small amount of oxidation. don't get me wrong...the item was still in *excellent* condition. it just didn't seem "brand new" condition to me.

all in all, i would still purchase again from them!
