Trick or treat Scary Haloween Hermes left at my door...

After a quick general assessment by the handbag ER doc on call ,the staff jointly stabilize the PT (removing the last of the paint and assessing any areas of weakness)
Assessment: Dark stains, very light cracking of dirty blackened handles( not enough to compromise use, and can be addressed) stitching tight,no holes, missing top skin, somewhat dry, and certainly in need of TLC...

:thinking:The Plan: Stripe down the last of the paint and surface grime.
Use professional Oil tan dye and layer with conditioning oils to external surface ( there by conditioning the leather and maintaining wonderful leather hand feel)
Choose Black professional Oil Tan dye because handles and stains would show through a lighter color(professional oil tan dye is translucent so numerous applications and buffing is the route). Assess and change rim resin to black. Sangles holes dyed though without compromising interior..carefully maintain Hermes stamp.

Out come goal >> BLACK GOLD Hac 32cm black exterior with original gold chevre interior

Let's get started on out project shall we?:graucho:
