Treating Gucci Leather

I bought a black leather gucci bag last year. The leather is looking a bit faded and discolored in certain areas. Does anyone know how to treat the leather?

I can't find my purse online but the leather looks like the purse in this website:

The leather is smooth, soft, and supple - it's not pebbled.

I have a lamb leather horsebit hobo and the leather oxidized, meaning it got a metallic sheen to it. The SA at Gucci said that it happens when it's stored and to just bring it into Gucci to send it off to get polished. I assume they could do the same with yours.
