I figured out way I don't like the new remodeled stores, they are masculine with the brick, wood, leather
First of all I'm jealous because you're in Miami......I LOVE MIAMI! :smile1:

The store in Atlanta is quite a bit darker than the flagship remodel. The shelving was dark brown and the lighting was sort of like spot lights on different items. It would have been nicer if they hadn't gone quite so dark but my home has never been featured in Architectural Digest so that's probably why nobody asked for my design tips!

I was in a Coach boutique today inside a major mall in Oregon. It was deadsville! And the mall was very busy.
On the way up to that mall we stopped at the Outlets and the Coach outlet was packed with people.......don't know if they were buying but there were plenty of people around.

The one mall store by me that remodeled is dark. I only stop in on occasion because they are a flagship. I'm not a fan of dark stores. The store which I frequent is still bright and light. It just seems so much more inviting. Now as far as traffic, in the past two weeks I have seen more customers in the store with a few making purchases.
