So Coach may be getting it right this fall. For the first time since I can remember, there was a line at the register in the Coach FP store. I am usually by myself chatting it up with the SA's, and I was surprised how many people were popping in and out in the middle of a week day.

I was not sure they could really turn things around, but perhaps they are starting to to do just that. Goodness knows I am trying to do my part! LOL. :roflmfao: Has anyone else noticed more traffic in FP stores??

My local FP store closed this summer. The outlet nearest me always seems busy though. I don't understand why. That location gets almost no deletes. I guess the people who are shopping don't know the difference.

My closest boutique was actually pretty busy over the weekend. I had to wait 20 min for my turn. SA said it had been busy nonstop that day and they called an extra girl into the store to help. I'm typically the only one in my boutique everytime I go. It was nice seeing other shoppers there and they were all actually buying too!

When i was last at the mall, no the shop was not busy. I think it comes & goes. The upcoming Holiday season will be the true showing on whether they have raised their appeal.

Now the factory store is always busy, especially on weekends.. then you can end up having to line up to even get inside.

My store is usually pretty dead...but I tend to shop on Saturday mornings before noon so I beat the rush. I haven't noticed a change of traffic pattern so far.

Mine has been doing "decent" business (usually a few people in and out while I'm there) for at least a couple years. To be honest that's always surprised me, because while it is in a "sizable" city, it's certainly not what's typically labeled a "big" city. And it's not inside a mall ... it sits outside of a mall.

I do try to throw business their way though .... never order from the website -- always order through the store itself.

I pass the boutique when I am at the local mall. It is usually empty and the SA's (usually two) are standing around chatting. I haven't been to the outlet in my area since it is in a part of town that is just too far away.

That is exactly what I always see in ours. 2 employees, no customers. And this is why I won't go in (except rarely) because it is very uncomfortable to be the lone customer in the store.

The new remodeled store near me, empty

The store itself has a odd layout, 3 rooms with the register in the back and the lights seem to be dimmed as if you have just walked inside from bright sunlight dim, all the items in or on a glass shelves that seems to do not touch, I just find this remodel uninviting

Is that KOP? (Sounds like their room layout.) If so, was that remodeled? Don't get there often, but curious.
