For those who have the t lock clutch bag, any thoughts on it? How is your bag holding up?

I’m thinking to get one in shiny black leather!

So far it’s holding up fine, although I don’t think I could ever get used to fidgeting with the lock. It’s not the most practical. Very chic otherwise.

I went ahead and got myself the shiny leather one. It’s so pretty! Love the curvy bag shape and the tiny lock.

Let’s see if anyone is still following this thread. I just ordered the tan clutch in pebbled leather. Really lovely style! I was wondering how the glazing is on your T-Lock bags? The glazing is very dark so quite visible against the tan colour, and on my bag it looks a bit sloppy in places. So far I’ve noticed a small whole/bubble and the edges are a bit uneven in certain places. I’m normally very picky with how bags are finished, stitching, etc.

Wondering if I should return or keep it, but I got a really good deal on Matches.com as they’re closing down. Toteme bags are 25% off, if anyone’s interested.

Haha, I came to search the forum, because I have it in black in my matches shopping cart😆 I am just not sure yet if to buy it, I am a bit afraid if any returns are possible if there is a lack in quality as you describe it

I heard since matches is liquidating they aren’t doing returns.

Matches will take a return on all their non-sale items even with a promo code within 14 days. The Sale (Outlet) part of the website is all sales final (no returns). I was confused by their T&Cs on returns and emailed them to confirm what I stated above. I ordered a large Toteme T Lock in beige with pebbled leather. I have never seen this bag in person, so I hope I love it. Otherwise, I will return it.

You are correct. They are not accepting returns on purchases prior to March 6th or 8th. Anything purchased after that date mentioned on their website is 14 days for non-sale items. Sale (Outlet) items are not returnable.

Oh noes.. I didin't like this at all :/ the color ash was not any like I imagined it to be, the strap lenght was way too short as a crossbody (I could wear this only as a shoulder bag) and I was supriced how heavy it was...

I'm going to return this :/
