Oh, that's too bad! I really liked the look of ash too from the website but your pic it definitely looks more olive/taupe than grey.

the bag is beautiful itself but the closing mechanism was truly annoying and the bag was little too heavy and structured in my opinion and for my liking and the color ash was not good..... :C

Update. I had to try again.. Ordered t-lock in grain leather in milk color - this piece is better. The grained leather allows for better closing the bag.

really? I love this bag so much too so would love to find a better option- did not like the lock either. I had the first one in the camel color that everyone has....felt so hard.

Hi yes I still love the bag! I’m pretty petite myself 5’4 and 112 lbs with small shoulders and the bag would be great for you! I don’t consider this a big bag at all.

I have the large T-Lock in the ash color and it is very hard and structured. At first, I found the bag to be hard to close, but over time and with use the lock was much easier to close quickly.
