Here are my top five:

1. Manolo Blahnik
2. Chanel
3. Christian Louboutin
4. Miu Miu
5. Guiseppe Zanotti

I only have one pair of Jimmy Choo and they are incredibly uncomfortable. I pick Miu Miu because I think they are just so much fun to have, either in flats or heels.

1. Tod's - for comfy flats, loafers and what-have-you
2. Christian Louboutin - doesn't need explanation :)
3. Roger Vivier - iconic and a bit hard to pull off
4. Miu Miu - for the different and daring. Loved those teapot (cup?) shoes!
5. Rene Caovilla - so pretty and exquisite, it'll make your feet sparkle!

I have to go with:

Chanel: a great comfortable shoe, from heels to flats.

CL: Great style, can't wear the highest heel he makes, but the 4 inchers work for me, or 4+ in a platform.

Prada: stylish and comfortable, always

Seigerson Morrison: great style and relatively affordable.

Choo: Nice selection of styles, even though a little overpriced.

Only 5? This is pretty tough.
1. Jimmy Choo: the most comfortable high heels for me, also beautiful styles
2. Chanel: Classy, elegant, and great craftsmanship
3. Gucci: heels that are very sturdy and great fit
4. Manolo: Every woman who loves SATC should own a pair!
5. Louboutin: Hot hot hot, love that red sole!

Wow! only 5 top ok I'll try...

1. Louis Vuitton
2. Giuseppe Zanotti
3. Gucci
4.Christian Louboutin
5... ( Oh..boy.. we are at 5 already...) ok I also have a tie.. Dries Van Noten and Rene Caovilla and Chloe .. 3 way tie....

Here are my top 5, based on the experience of my terrible feet. They are wide and flat and I am at a point where I will do almost anything to find a pair that fits me.

1. Prada (I've had luck with almost every style)
2. Manolo Blahnik (kitten heels work the best)
3. Chanel (roomy enough)
4. Gucci (again, not too narrow)
5. Christian Louboutin (buying 1/2 to 1 size up in booties has worked for me)

As an optional #6, I've found Kate Spade leather to be very supple and good for my troublesome feet (loved the puzzle flats and frannie sandals this year).

1) Chanel (these are always super comfortable, timeless and the leather so buttery)
2) Louis Vuitton (Some great designs and generally pretty comfortable)
3) Manolo Blahnik (to add a bit of twinkle for special occassions)
4) Prada (Just cos it's Prada and makes me nostalgic for their nylon bags with the chain from the 90s)
5) Giuseppe Zanotti (I've only started noticing this brand of shoes but love them already)

No louboutins for me cos I have wide feet and find them supremely uncomfortable!
