I do my own grocery shopping & even tho I don't take the bus, I do ride the El train & take the Metra sometimes! Is my social class showing?! :graucho:

this is funny, I had read the same article.........and my Tom Ford bag has been to the grocery store many times with me!

Help flag that off. The leather zipper pull is totally wrong. Tom Ford writing is upside down and backwards as compared to a real one and the lines on the leather zipper pull are not there on each side.

I hate people who sell fakes. Bad karma.

So they actually have a small, medium and large in the flap over zip? I found a NM that has a $3500 one but then another SA at another store is getting the flap and it is like $2995 or something. Wish I could find a preloved one. There is one on eBay but just does not look right but I know very little about this bag?

Hope that helps and good luck! It really is an amazing bag. On some reviews I read online, it said that the bottom zipper did not expand the bag. This is not true! The bottom zipper totally expands the bag and I can carry more than enough - including a pretty thick Leica camera! Love it!

Should be tomorrow. I told the SA I was not sure if it was going to be a keeper because I have heard it is kind of a heavy bag. What do you think? The SA said it is alittle heavy.

Not too heavy at all! i stuffed it to the max (with bag expanded) and carried it (switching between shoulder and messenger carrying style) ALL day while walking around and it was perfectly fine. It does feel heavier when you're just holding the bag - but once you put it on, it feels fine. I love the loooong leather strap b/c the hardware doesn't touch your skin since the strap is folded over even in messenger style.

I hope you'll love it as much jen and i do!
